Digital Products Refund Terms
Because all pattern sales on Panda Patterns are instant digital downloads (PDF files), they cannot be physically returned once purchased. For this reason, all sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable.
Exceptions & Customer Support
We are always here to help and ensure complete satisfaction. We will happily assist or issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same PDF pattern more than once, notify us within 7 days and we will immediately refund the duplicate charge.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter an error downloading the PDF or the file appears damaged, contact us at contact@pandapatterns.com with your order number. We will re-issue fresh download links or email the PDF file directly to you within 24 hours.
