Important Notice: All pattern listings on Panda Patterns are for digital PDF pattern files only. No physical finished item, yarn, or hook will be shipped to your address.
1. How Digital Delivery Works
Immediately upon completing your secure checkout via Stripe or our store gateway:
- You will be redirected to an order confirmation receipt page with an instant download button.
- An automated order confirmation email containing your direct, secure download link will be delivered to the email address you entered at checkout.
- If you created an account, you can access your download history anytime by visiting your Order History page.
2. File Format & Printing
All printable patterns are delivered in high-resolution, universal .PDF format. They can be viewed on any device (computer, iPad/tablet, smartphone) using any free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat or Apple Books, or printed out on standard Letter or A4 paper.
3. Download Limits & Link Expiration
We provide generous download allowances. However, if your link ever expires or you lose your file due to a device upgrade, simply email us at contact@pandapatterns.com with your original order email, and we will happily refresh your download access free of charge.
