Digital Product Notice: All pattern listings in our shop are digital PDF downloads only. No physical finished toy, yarn, crochet hook, or printed booklet will be mailed to your physical address.

This Digital Product Policy explains how our printable PDF patterns are formatted, delivered, and accessed on Panda Patterns.

1. What You Receive

When you purchase a printable pattern (.97 USD), you receive an ad-free, high-resolution digital document in standard .PDF format. Each PDF is formatted cleanly for comfortable home printing (Letter or A4) and offline reading on mobile devices, e-readers, and tablets.

2. How Delivery Works

  1. Instant On-Screen Download: Immediately after completing checkout via Stripe, you will be redirected to an order receipt page containing your direct download button.
  2. Automated Email Delivery: Within moments of payment confirmation, an automated email containing your secure download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  3. Account Access (Optional): If you registered an account, your purchases are permanently accessible anytime via your Order History dashboard.

3. Device Compatibility & Opening Your PDF

Our PDF files follow the universal PDF standard and can be opened with any free PDF reader, including:

  • Apple Devices: Apple Books, Files app, Safari, Preview.
  • Android Devices: Google Drive PDF Viewer, Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Desktop Computers (Mac & PC): Adobe Acrobat, Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge.

4. Printing Guidelines

Our printable PDFs are designed with printer-friendly margins and clean typography to save ink. To print your pattern at 100% true scale, ensure your printer dialog is set to “Actual Size” or “100% Scale” (avoid “Fit to Page” or scaling down).
