At Panda Patterns, our goal is to ensure you have a wonderful, smooth crafting experience. Because our primary products are instant digital downloads, please review our refund guidelines below.
1. Digital Products Policy
Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, all sales of printable PDF crochet patterns are generally final and non-refundable once the file has been purchased and access delivered.
Unlike physical goods, a digital file cannot be returned once access has been granted. We encourage you to carefully read pattern descriptions, materials lists, and skill levels before completing your checkout.
2. When Refunds Are Happily Granted
We are dedicated to fair, honest customer service. We will gladly issue a full refund in the following situations:
- Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same PDF pattern twice in separate orders, contact us within 14 days with both order numbers, and we will immediately refund the duplicate payment.
- Corrupted or Unresolvable File Issues: If you experience technical difficulties downloading the file or if a file appears defective and our technical support team cannot provide a working copy within 48 hours, a full refund will be provided.
3. Lifetime Link Support & Lost Files
If your download link expires, if you switch devices, or if you accidentally misplace your downloaded PDF, you never need to purchase the pattern again! Simply email us at contact@pandapatterns.com with the email address you used during purchase, and our team will re-issue a fresh download link free of charge.
